Thanks. It is just another chapter in my life. I think grief might be my theme.

Thank you so much. I demand a lot of myself when I write. Often, it isn't easy to bring it up to write. I'm glad that you were able to feel my frustration and pain with regard to this.

Avant, A beautifully written sad story.
Something deep down, a self-retarding experience churns into becoming poison, ultimately to waste away life. Under such circumstances, Rechan, forceful exhalation of breath can be, or rather is, very helpful. This can be a subject of study in the course of subsequent posts.

Such a sad story Avant....I'm at a loss for words other than

God Bless Gerald's soul! These sick child abusers have no idea the pain and confusion their victims live with for their entire life and sadly some end up like Gerald. The sadness aside this was so well written...I love the depth to your writing.  Your writing brings us emotions in me and not all writers do that for me!

Very sad story -

But you told it well...except for one thing....When people speak {dialogue}, you always use quotation marks to set off what they say from the text around it:::

"I can't come tonight," Gerald said. "I'm washing the car."

Many powerful connections possible with this sad story-&suicide of R friend

we ask ourselves this fruitless question---that has spirtual relevance-- WHAT COULD I HAVE DONE; AM I MY BROTHER'S KEEPER?

-- in this nation as we stand, we are our brohter's keeper only when ig Brother permits us. Otherwise privacy is sacred. Not!
