It was white, water-based paint. The hospital said that if it had been oil-based, he'd lost his whole hand probably. Very scary.

More than that they needed to go in and talk to Frank..I know I sound nuts. Generally if you approach those left behind if you explain what you want to do with their space and explain you mean no disrespect they are willing to co-exist. Those that ignore them generally pay a price.
