Patience . . .
A virtue others see in me that I deem tolerance. Patience, to me, is a whole other virtue. I listened to a meditation tape driving myself home from radiation therapy last year and I missed my exit!! But we were working on Patience, and she described wrapping yourself in a big fluffy blanket of you favorite color, which at that time was PINK for breast cancer, so there I was wrapped up in my imaginary pink blankie and looked around at unfamiliar scenery. I had to drive and extra 10 miles, but I was wrapped up in my blankie of patience and it was no biggie. Anytime I get that urge to want to hurry it up (I am extremely task-driven) that blanket just wraps around me. Works everytime. It's still Pink; my Pink Patience soft fluffy blankie!

Taps,
I don't always remember, but when I do I'm usually able to wait for his timing.

Word.smith, In His time. My parents taught me that, and it has helped me through life to be more patient than I would have been otherwise.

Who said I haven't prayed...
but at the same time, I'm busy as a bee sending off queries to agents. 'Course I only sent out 3 today, but that's a major achievement for me.

Lost, if you think people are thinking that,
then it may be time to look inside.
