No, they don't, Totum, this has an inscription on the back in Russian
that I've translated roughly as "Dear Brother and Uncle Paul, from your mother, sister Varya, brother-in-law Igor and nephews, January 25, 1928." and the imprint of the studio in Moscow. It is precious. I wanted to archive it before time destroys it.
I know what you mean about your grandmother. I don't have any of my father's mother, she wouldn't allow pictures.

They just don't make em like they used to...these old photos are really great. I tried to get my very conservative grandmother to let me make a copy of my favorite of her: At about 20 years old sitting on a fence with a No Trespassing sign on it. She wouldn't let me though. I wish she hadn't forgotten "young"...
