...I appreciate the support and comments! This stuff is important to me, not bacuase I want everyone to be vegetarian, but because I want everyone to be aware of what they're eating, and make an informed choice based on that, rather than the nonsense flung around by the powerful lobby groups within the food industry.

Good Blog!

I wish you well in this endeavor. While not a vegetarian myself (pretty close though; but that's like saying I'm almost a virgin, I suppose) I do limit severely the amount of animal protein I consume. Keep up the great work!

Food sucks!

Makes me get all warm inside with the feeling of blowing chunks! I am thoroughly grossed out, and will never be able to look at fast food without thinking about it. I'm allergic to preservatives in food like sulfates, and certain restaurants just about kill me. Salad bars are my deadliest enemy, followed by all you can eat buffet's. Thanks for the wonderful news, I appreciate it.

Ever heard of the Mad Cowboy? He's written about mad cow disease and etc. You ought to look up his website something
