Comments on Federal Wiretapping Unconstitutional Without Warrant

Regardless. It is an unconstitutional act that is and was ridiculously
easy for the Bush administration to carry out legally.  Circumventing the law just because he believes he's right doesn't excuse unlawful behavior.  The NSA can wiretap legally and without much restriction by using the FISA provisions.  Bush overstepped his bounds, something he is wont to do constantly.  And since we are a nation of laws, let us work within the law.  If you don't like the law, change it (something that is being done at this moment on Capitol Hill, as a matter of fact).

I noticed you failed to mention....

You apparently chose to completely ignore the fact that two other Federal Judges had previously upheld the wire-tapping of terrorists as constitutional.

The liberals had to go all the way across the country to find a liberal Judge in order to accomplish their dirty-work.
