Terpgirl, I hope you're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
I can only imagine. Fortunately, there are no people in my life right now like that. I've managed to sever the ties. Best of luck with this. It is draining.

Terpgirl, this is sounding exhausting. I hope you get the divorce resolved
soon, so you can get on with your life. Your ex sounds like has a serious problem.

Yes, I have a very good attorney. We're asking for a lot as well, but it goes to the crux of it all. The ex to be is denying everything to the point of almost denying that we know one another. He's even debating the date he left. I went to work and he moved. Our neighbors saw the truck. My son was in the house. He filled out change of address cards, which were then mailed to MY home. If it were something I was just reading about, it would seem funny because of the over the top nature of it all. In real life, it's a drain.

Terpgirl, I have not gone through a divorce but I have worked in law firms
as a clerk, not on divorce law, but this seems more than a little excessive in disovery. Do you have a lawyer of your own? If so, I'd call and complain and have him or her fight this for you. It sounds like you're right, he's being vindictive, punitive and attempting to harass you with unnecessary paperwork. It's a common legal strategy to wear down the opposition and divrert paralegal, clerk and other resources away from productive work.
I'd heartily recommend talking to your lawyer or getting one ASAP.
