Thank you, Bhaskar. And I agree, privacy is a right that should be
inviolable, but prudish social customs of being clothed are childish at best, and, in this case, can be potentially dangerous.

That's why I threw in the prudish, the insecure, and such -- to confuse the
issue.  LOL.  Anyway, you could always get nudists to monitor the backscatter machines.  They don't care what you look like naked.

I don't think it's necessarily just the religious right who might voice concern over leering security guards wearing X-ray specs.

I'd like to see a nude opera,
because when they hit those really high notes,
I bet you can really see it in those genitals.
