Mysteria
I hope we recognize the need to be civil before the third world war...or else there would be massive nuclear destruction and only god knows what would happen then.

Mysteria...
As far as advances go, the cartoon
Dilbert is more true than most people know. I have seen projects very close to fruition abandoned because suddenly they were over budget. So all the time and money was wasted rather than some of it. We had a stove ready for certification, it was a tough nut to crack, but we did it. The company didn't like the design changes we made, it didn't have their "look" and they didn't want to use the new liner materials available. After three more months, they dropped the project entirely. Remember, we had it working, they didn't "like" it. Right out of Dilbert I swear. It is no major leap of imagination to think this goes on in medicine too.

We could do it if we'd suddenly put aside greed, lust, hatred...
But will we do that?
