Sadly, Dennison, your point is well taken. I would hope, however, that
objectivity would rule out in most matters, or, as in some cases, the judges recuse themselves from the decision-making process. I know I'm asking a bit much, given human nature, but I damn sure expect a judge to rule by existing laws and legal precedent.
