I'm not sure how that makes Bush a genius ...
I imagine any administration would have created a similar department after 9/11.
Besides, I hardly think his doing so, balances out the mess in Iraq or the inept handling of Hurricane Katrina.
I don't see why it's so hard for some conservatives to admit the obvious; Bush is a lousy, lousy President. They'll eventually just have to accept it, and move on.
I read that when the archaeologists dug down into the ancient cemetery, they found fragments of human bones!
What kind of barbarians were these people, anyway?
