I am also, mellyn. However, I like Lieberman for the most part. It is
just his assinine support of Bush on the war.  How in the hell can anyone support anything so senseless, nonproductive, and counterproductive -- not to mention hopeless?  I mean, look at the situation now, a religious civil war with American and Coalition troops caught in the middle playing catch-up and mediator.  We've spent $400 billion, lost 2600 young men and women, haven't established a unified government yet (although they are calling the one that exists "unified'), have destabilized the entire country, allowed an insurgency to spark a dormant religious civil war, and are watching the Kurds become more independent.  Yeah, I can see why Lieberman or anyone would support the war effort in Iraq.

Thanks, Mademoiselle, for editing. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and don't
proofread.  I do appreciate it.  And no, I hadn't thought about Lieberman's monotone droning on like that gentleman on Alf, but now that you mention it... That's funny.

Hey, have you noticed that Joe Lieberman sounds exactly like the father in "Alf"?

P.S. I think you mean, "can and will win"; you wrote, "can and will when".

I think a good gift for the President would be a chocolate revolver.
And since he is so busy, you'd probably have to run up to him real quick and give it to him.
