The UN has been a useless body of diplomats for several years now. It needs to be dissolved of it's current structure and revamped by today's standards. They are so totally useless!

The UN is a joke most of the time.
What have they been doing in Kosovo all of this time? Playing chess?
They still have not helped form a stable government which was one of their main purposes correct?
I know it takes the Serbs and Albanians agreeing on certain issues and resolutions, which is difficult enough in itself, but it has been over 6 years now.
