I would keep my mouth shut
otherwise I would have relatives coming out of the woodwork.  I would still do nice things but would be selective in who I chose.

It doesn't take a winfall for me to share....

We don't have much but what we have I give to whomever needs it at the time. Why not? You can't take it with you!!

If we ever get the inheritance we're willed from my Father-in-law, I will buy land and build a house. I will then put it out to whomever wants to that they can come and build on our land, and we'll start an intentional community. That's the best I could do to take care of the kids and us, as well as sharing the wealth with others.

money
I would share anything with my immediate family because that is all I have, me and my 3 kids.  But would want enough to retire and go and hide away some where

I know what you're saying. That's why I determined an amount and said, I would give out $100 to each family member (outside of immediate family).....so no one could complain...but I'm sure they still would.

I wouldn't really expect I'd get even a dime from about half of my relatives, no matter how much they won.

I'm not sure

I guess it depends on circumstances. If my car had just broken down and I needed a vehicle I'd probably use most of the money for myself...  $200, $300 or up i would probably buy gifts for close family and friends... but I might use it to pay off a late payment or something...  $500 or more I would definitely try to do something nice...

If I hit it big, I would love to buy my parents a house on a lake like they've always wanted, maybe with a lil guest house for my brothers or for guests. I think I'd give a lot more to charity than family. Money causes problems to easily and I have such a large family... I couldn't help but hurt someone's feelings..

.I would

fund the projects I am working on - this would give my friends an opportunity to come on baord and then they could fund theirselves!

LOL...that wasn't quite what the question was sweetie, but is a good answer for what you'd do with the money if you did win

Do my Soldiers count as family??
Because they get something even when I don't have much.  As for blood relatives.  It would have to be money to make them fall off the face of the earth with most.

I wouldn't give a red cent to anyone in my family!

I would give money to my ex-husband bec he's been so kind and supportive.  I've already figured it out and I would need $36,500 to get completely out of debt.

I'd love to make at least that much off this year's hurricanes.

I have always went by who is put in my path.......it always happens for a reason......when I have extra to give....the person in need appears in my life....and not necessarily asking for money.......hard to explain, but I always know when the time is right to give and to who.
