You are right, seems like there is no real way to win on something like this. I suppose that one must think of the victims and their families.

I agree one hundred percent. I don't think that convicts, especially this type of convict should  have any rights whatsoever.  This kind of behavior borders on insanity.

This is a perfect example of a rock and hard place
If it was my child I would want them put to rest in a proper place not laying in some ditch someplace.  But at the same time to get that information so this man can have his wants met....I just don't know.

TIMMYTALES... it goes too far each day this monster breathes air. it goes
too far with each breath he takes. it went too far when he was allowed to live. 49 victims...and counting. and he gets another reward for each one? what i really don't understand is why there is not a taxpayer's revolt in that state...any state that kowtows to such blatant bribery...is this how taxpayers want their taxes used... do they even realize they are paying for this insanity...enabling this...do they even care...if people would just say: "I'm mad as hell, and i'm not going to take it any more" and they put their tax money where their mouth is...and didn't submit a 1040 but a letter of indignation instead...what do you think would happen?

I don't know.
If it were one of my kids, I'd want them found.  So I guess things like this lets these crazy asses get away with this and still live large.
