only some parts of Kashmir, llike Afghanistan, are dangerous. Jasbir's designed the courthouse and yesterday was the laying of the foundation stone of the building. It's one of the signs of some kind of normalcy returning to that area, after years of conflict and lack of investment by the government of India. And yes, he is as adventurous as as I am!
