Fionajean, I will b careful with what I write. I love poetry-but stray into
politics because the blatant killing of civlians is wring...no matter the provocation. The cycle of death must stop---Gandhi did say "an eye for an eye...will make the whole world blind" if not bloodthirsty for evermore from parents to children and the next generations...enough of my soapbox. It has ended...for good (?) Shalom

Hi,
I couldn't list my favorites - there are too many - but I avoid blogs that are just a political rant. I love blogs with pictures, especially cute pix. Check out Jacenta for cute pix. .Dave has a whacky sense of humour and always comes up with something new.

Tahnks for visiting BANDANAFISH et al--not to forget the regular, prolific
parents of baby haiku. Since there are too many people on earth, I am glad SWFTFOX and others, incldg MC, are not making babies, only bay haiku-- shalom and thanks again

This post has such a

zen quality to it; "My friends, why are we here? What are we looking for? HUMmmmmmmmmmmm" It actually feels really good. It's like there a good force on BlogIt challenging our outward ego and inner creativity. It is very hard to strike a balance, and that's probably why I left BlogIt TWICE (under different nicknames) because I noticed I started to write more posts just to get noticed. Gladly, I stopped myself before I became a robot.

Anyway, nice questions!

ypun thanks so much for the mention!
I tend to agree with you regarding spelling, it is appalling, did this nation ever go to school? I am ashamed to be a teacher.... I like your posts as you know and always appreciate your wealth of knowledge, your clarity and depth of thought and your challenging ideas. Phew! Happy? I mean what I said. You say anguish comes through my writing, it is therapeutic.

Thanks Xeno-X and Mandalee. Your visits are also great. Jesus' message SOUL
saving and uplifting as man beheads man with more and more weapons shoipped across the globe in the name of a permanent peace. There's never been such a peace among friends, let alone other humans! Shalom

A_B_C Thanks Astraldreamer and BlondeAmbition. Your comments are helpful
I must add you to my daily reads. See who I have read mostly last month (DAVE SWFTFOX was second)  but who knows if he took the lead this month!

YPundy

I came to blogit with no expectations what so ever. I appreciate people that just express themselves....they do not have to be professional writers or necessarily have the most interesting topic to speak of.

I just enjoy reading every day lives of every day people and them being real, no holding back and not having to be politically correct. I really do respect the opinions of other's and enjoy learning about people.

Mason is definitely one of my favorites, but I have so many favorites, really! I learn something new from everyone everyday.

I appreciate the courage of everyone telling their personal stories, thoughts and opinions. Thanks everyone!

You know, I came here looking for "serious" writing

I found a much more light hearted community, but that was OK.

I have a fiction blog that hardly anyone looks and, and I get even fewer comments. Is it wrong for me to slot into the "non serious" side of Blogit for some action? I don't think so, I was getting bored with no one looking at my fiction.

Personally I enjoy Avant Garde, Jazwolf and kingmi for self help, phsychology and spiritual talk.
