well tell me more! I have been so discouraged by other writers who said
you cannot make it, because and the list goes on and on. I am no good at writing articles for current affairs, that is out of the question, but I know that I know that I know, that I want to publish poetry. The market is pretty skinny or slim shall we say. First I want to work and polish my writing before I submit anything, it may be that I lack confidence and that is a good excuse on my part. Still, I think I should do my homework and I do not want to blow my chances by making silly mistakes. I admire your positive attitude. All the best for the future. You would make any mother proud I think, old age talking well I am old enough to be your mother, make the best of life, do it for my son... who did not make it, bless his 19 years on earth. You have a future, he killed his, so it is very encouraging to see young people being so positive.

You're always encouraging - thanks. As you say, write with purpose. I've been slogging away at it earning peanuts and now I've just landed two good paying assignments for two national newspapers. Your advice really works!
