I like this poem
There aint no Jackpot is right!
Save the pennies, the wheat ones are worth 1.5 cents today and the metal shortage in our market just might mean that the old refrigerator you were taking to goodwill might bring you a small fortune.

the world would be better off without gambling.
it has wrecked too many people's lives. I have not never been sucked in that sort of things. I can take it or leave it. It is no temptation to me, but it is fatal for some people who develop an addiction. I cannot see any social benefit in it at all.

I don't think gambling is all that great. The state that I am from just recently started the lottery. They say it is for the education system.. Ya right. I've never bought a ticket or really gambled in any way and never plan to

you are no loser, it is the people that screw up your life who are the
losers. In any case, I have nothing to boast about. You know what a mess I can be.

I wish I could say that you get used to losing but you don't. One reason I
backed off the gambling was, not only did I not have the money to lose, but in the recent events in my life, it was just one more thing to make me feel like a loser. I didn't really need any help!
