Apparently, no one has really cared till now...

Adjust to just the same as your husband. I dont' know why they haven't already done some studies about these issues - they should know more on this subject. I'm glad you're looking into it.

Of course! He was well aware of my adjustment issues as I called them and he has been more than supportive in me bringing it more out in the open. I felt like a crazy, selfish fool when I went through this. I felt as if I was supposed to be taking care of him and yet he came home take care of me!

Without a doubt I am going for it!!! I KNOW I am not the only one but we are made to feel guilty by the military for having our own craziness after. Like the soldiers wives are TRAINED. It is pounded into our heads from day one that our job is to support, support, support! They don't seem to realize that support takes a toll.
