I'll keep watch...

and I have a big truck to run you over with if you get too far off track!

I find I am usually hungriest mid-morning and early afternoon.  I could skip the traditional meals and eat 2 bigger ones with no problem.  In fact, I do better overall when I do...just eat when I'm hungry and not when I'm not.  (Of course, every one jumps on me about skipping meals, especially breakfast.  But if I eat early when I'm not hungry I can't seem to stop for the rest of the day!)  Also, eat enough to fill yourself up.  That may mean changing some foods to lower calorie versions so you can eat more.

I agree with Blondeambition

water is good to fill the stomach if you are hungry.

But if it's just cravings, not hunger (especially around that time of the month) have you tried some vitamins? Or maybe it is comfort you are after? How about a nice bath? Or even a quick shower? Your favourite magazine?

I know it's all good advice but when it's just you and that snack you really want ... well, let's just say I know what you are going through.

Writing doen what you eat is a great idea. It keeps you honest.

Hang in there. I like being part of this group too.

Water
I have found that drinking lots of water especially before, during and after meals....helps curb the appetitie.......they say it is not healthy to drink before or during meals....but I don't care as long as I'm not hungry.....weight watchers might get mad at me for giving that advice
