It's all a matter of taste.
I think little dogs are often meaner because their owners dress them ridiculously. So they get picked on by the other dogs. Eventually, they turn to wetting rugs and biting children.
That having been said, one of my friends bought her little whatever the hell it is mop dog a goofy sweater. Dog hated it. Then her boyfriend found a denim Harley jacket for the dog. He loved it -- immediately started humping everything he could find.
Coincidence? Naw. Just those amazin' animals...
