I've been wondering how to pronounce your name also.  So, now I know.    Interesting conversation between you and muser.  Isn't she wonderful?  She's a great writer, too.

hello muser
I must confess I pronounce it "neem" - it's possibly "nemmay" and maybe a classical scholar could correct me - but since I am unfamiliar with haiku I would not have noticed the number of syllables - 7-5-7?

I pronounce Mneme as nee-mee...if that is correct, the Haiku fits! I am so
glad you like it...I am so glad you are happy! ...am sure looking forward to your next post.

muser, how nice to have my very own haiku :) I am back here again (yesterday) and getting over the time difference - hoping to write some more soon.

hi muser
you're right, I do belong here... and I am happy,  it's just good to be home.  A longer trip next time, I think .. just a few more days  but I am going to enjoy it. Pims by the water this evening after a busy day.

Dear Mneme...It is so good to hear from you, and especially with a lilt in
your voice. I hope you are doing serious research there...job hunting, home hunting, whateveryouneedtodo hunting to get back. You belong there, I think. I can hear it and read it between the lines, above and below the lines...all over the page lines! I hear happy in your voice... I feel the calm of your quiet joy for the first time...
