missjohn,
You said you have a visitation schedule.  How often does he see her, now?  Hopefully, the two of you can work out some arrangements that are agreeable for both of you, but most importantly, in the best interest of your baby.  Eveyone and everything else are secondary.  Good luck to you.  :)

missjohn316, if he isn't paying, he isn't getting visitation!

I, too, hope he won't bother to call at Christmas for a visit or anything. It really does sound as if this "man" is a first-class jerk who doesn't believe in having any contact with or interest in the offspring he helped conceive.

I get worked up when I hear you talk about this. LOL.
Hopefully, he won't bother.

I really feel for those guys out there who really want to spend time with their kids, but only get a small visitation.
But it truely upsets me when this kind of thing is allowed for people who obviously have no interest in being a parent.
I hate the thought of a small child being made to be in a situation where they are left with "strangers".
And it always seems that those absent parents get the best of both worlds.
