Follow up
It's true the in-house treatment time is too short. Dr. Suliman says ideally it should be 2 months.  But, they don't have the resources to keep people for that long, and there are others queing up outside their door. Follow up is done by the patients coming in every week, to be pat of the support group and mingle with the out patient addicts.  The real goal of Nejat is to have community based support groups -somethng they  are working towards. The problem is enormous - 1.2 million addicts in AF.  This work is only a drop in the ocean.  But, at least it's a drop. And, I think their approach is great. Thank you for your comments.

Interesting.
Is 2 weeeks enough time to accomplish anything? Do any of the addicts stay clean for long?
