I hear you!  Sephora?  Never tried it, but I do have quite a few Clinique bags LOL!  Clinique always gives lots of free samples, often full size so I kinda feel better when I buy that.  Besides I LOVE their lipstick!

Bel, Over-priced ANYTHING that has fifteen cents worth of materials and

charges $15 to put it in a bottle, slap a label on it, and put a fancy name on it, makes me crazy, too.  It's such an insult to my intelligence and common sense.  But if it sells, hey, they've made their poiint.  It made me feel good that yesterday, instead of buying a separate bottle of body wash and another container of liquid hand soap, I bought an 80 ounce bottle of soap at Target and refilled both containers for $5 and had plenty left over.

I'm not saying pampering yourself is not good and I'm strongly tempted to try the Sephora makeup store downtown, but I just don't want to be a complete patsy.  (Buy $100 worth of stuff and we'll throw in a makeup bag! How many makeup bags does one person need?)

LOL BlackPearl
Doesn't everyone's grandma have baking soda and epsoms salts somewhere in the house?  My Grandma thought epsom salt was the cure all for EVERYTHING!

bel,
You are so helpful, and funny in your blogs.  I hope Passion pays attention.  :)  My grandma probably has all of these ingredients at her house right now.  Thanks.  :)

Heck I am going to go spend $10.00 on sea salts, epsom salts and baking soda and sell it to her for $85.00, I think I will charge her extra for the oils since she is so used to paying so much LOL!

I think I'll go down to walmart and buy a box of $2 sea salt and sell it to Passion for $10.  Anyone willing to lend me a drop or two of fragrance?

Taps
My grandma had one of those.  I have yet to find anything as wonderful as that old tub.

Bel, you sure make me wish I still had my old claw-footed antique tub back.  These modern things are sure not comfortable like that one was.  I often fell asleep in the wonderful warm bathsalts waters.

LOL Avant
NO these are not intended for human ingestion.  What you can do is get some lavendar (I recommend the french over the bulgarian big difference in scent) and put it in a simmering (potpurri) pot and let it warm.  The fragrance will fill the air but do be aware it will relax the entire household.

I have some lavender oil. I was contemplating putting in my boys' bathwater, but they drink it!

Bel...I will...I'll do a post.

I bought some cobalt blue spray bottles, made a pretty label and I gave them as gifts. It's easy but the most important thing is to use pure essential oils.
