I just discovered you won the SONNET contest lasy year. Pity I was away
Congrats then and now---you know, and so do your loved ones, that you are a true winner. A blessing from Jehovah.

Muser,
I am in love with the sun, but you make a gray and rainy day so inviting that I am tempted to have an affair with it...

After reading R 'About Me" pg you show courage and wisdom with R disease
Yes, even halthy people have a disease: "immortality-itis". We act and live and TALK as if we will never regret anything; that we shall live forever. We are all dying---form the moment we arrive as newborn babies. The cycle or CIRCLE of life continues............

'loved, "It's the rhythm of life, and sometimes the rhythm gets wet." Rain
is Nature's cycle and sometimes, a kinder message than a hurricane. You have a gift for colorful description, even on a gray and rainy 24-hour cycle.

Good morning dear friend. Oh I can see the day and I agree people need to stay in bed, make love, order room service have the most expensive wonderful lunch on the menue and try that all over again and catch up on those things they don't have time for at home. Be blessed dear lady. I hope you don't mind I wrote to mama today about your Magnolias. I don't know if you have read my coffee break with Mama yet, check it out. Hug Max for us.

Muser-
This post was so 'Muser'!  I am always where you are after reading your posts; very descriptive and heartfelt.  I can't think of a lovelier way to spend a hazy, gray morning than lying with your lover and making your own kind of sunshine...........sigh..........

When we all think it can't get much drier, much wetter, or much hotter where we live, it's nice to know even paradise has days like that.
Thanks for sharing a less-than-travel-brochure day!

Each day comes with it's own magic
we only have to look beyond the surface to find what that may be.  I love gray days curled up with a good book (or blog) and a cup of tea.  Something very peaceful about them.
