Greenfields, everything sounds lovely except for the chopsticks. I keep them around for the effect but I just can't get the hang of using them. Love spinach.

Hmmmm....
I've always hated cooked spinach but you make me want to try this. My dislike has more with the way my mother prepared it, so perhaps I would like this. I do love garlic and just dug up some bulbs from my garden. Thanks for the recipe.
