Ariala, Thanks for your sympathy and concern.
your contstant inspiration and moral support is enough for me . We must be steadfast and strong in all situations . I think you too have a very soft heart and strong personality.

afzal, you have an underlying sadness and melancholy to everything you
write, yet you are so steadfast, faithful, and hopeful.  I wish things could be different for you and your family.  I feel very helpless.

Dear Afzal50

I have read your bio, and feel like I am a kindred soul of yours!  I am fortunate to have been born in the most affluent country in the world, but problems and heartbreak have no geographic origin!  My own beloved brother died when he was only 28 (I was 32).  I lost my own father when he was 48.  I lost another brother and my mother.  But my most devasting loss was my own precious wife.  She was 45; that was 19 years ago, and I, too, wanted to die.  But I couldn't; I had 3 wonderful children I promised my wife to stay here for.  But God does have His plan, and most of our problems are caused by God's gift to us of "free will."  We have so much abused this gift!

Please read my series of  articles: "Proofs" of a Supreme Being under "Letters" in the Fiction category.  There are so many in the world just like you and me.  Wouldn't it be great  if someday we can all come together in a happy union?  I think it would.  I look forward  to that day!

Respectfully,

Your friend,

Gerald
