Real estate is tempting me too
I hope to make some money in real estate next year. I am single and the mother of an 8-month-old girl. I don't like having to drop her off at the babysitter every weekday before I drive an hour to work where I sit in a cubicle all day. I am grateful for my job, babysitter, car and cubicle. But I still want a change for the better. I know my daughter will do better with me taking care of her full time. So I want to do at least one deal every two months at first, then one a month after that. May God help me.
