do you have this stuff?
there is a clear cream that you can get in Canada called Polysporin. I think it's ok to use on the eyes and it's an over the counter remedy. Maybe the pharmacist at the drugstore can recommend something that isn't a prescription?

Sounds like you have the same version of pinkeye that I had in the summer of 1993, just after the film version of
The Fugitive was released. Itchy, watery eyes with a puslike discharge - sounds all too familiar. In fact, the first symptom I experienced was intense itching. Just try your best not to scratch.
