 I've heard that.

But it does not change how good they taste.  Besides, they obviously are not cleaver enough to not get aught and turned into food.

I know I wrote a post some time ago talking about how if animals can catch humans as a food source, then they should have every right to eat us.  I do not use any kind of double standards there.  If the octopi are unable to avoid being captured and turned into food stuff, then they are just out of luck I guess.

only thing

could be that octopii are smarter than we are

if so, they are another form of intelligent life on earth

so this could cause a moral problem.

and if they do begin to develop technology and weapons -- we'd better look out.
