Pat B...
...I'm proud to say that after T went to bed last night - shattered - I unpacked 13 boxes, mainly books.
And little Sam did his part in the restorative process, too - he slep from 7pm until 4.30am, a new record!
The kitchen is going in today, and I've just ordered a cooker - I nearly forgot that bit!

Damon, what a busy time for you!
Sorry I've neglected you. Have been doing some actual writing. The bungalow sounds like a nice place -- so does your geographic area. I must admit since it's 95 today Farenheit, with humidity also very high, I expect elephants and banana trees to appear any minute. You'd think with such hot temps and balmy nights in the summer we could raise some bright flowering tropical shrubs, but the zero and colder winters ... how I do run on. Hope the move goes well, and you're right - it wouldn't be fair to let your partner handle it on her own, esp. with a wee bairn on her hip. :)
