I've wrestled with my wieght all my life.

I think the battle is in the mind. If you could ever somehow convince yourself that diet and exercise are exactly what you want to do each day...you could accomplish your goals.

I'm reading a new book about calorie restriction - its the only proven way to reverse aging. Though the diet is very strict--its' more of an eating lifestyle--the people on it have no trouble bec they aren't doing it to loose weight. They're following the diet in order to reverse the aging process.

Other benefits include lowering your cholesterol, blood pressure, and elimanating arthritis.
