One man's terrorist is another's freedom fighter ....
however, I loved your post about him not finding 70 virgins. Who would want 70 virgins anyway? Give me 70 whores.

I do not consider religious superstition
to be a rational reason for anything. Religion has been used far too many times as an excuse for cruelty and enslavement, physical and mental enslavement. The man is dead because he needed to be dead.

The reason these people protest, archiew, is because they do not
believe the man was a terrorist, but a mujahadeen, a religious freedom fighter, fighting the Great Satan (the United States) to get the occupiers out and off Islamic soil. Many Iraqis believe this also, even some of those who were glad to see us oust Hussein. We may have liberated them from a despot, but we are infidels and occupiers of sacred ground...

My Service in the Navy was 1972 - 1982
My dad was in the Army; I went to high school near Ft. Knox, and in my younger years lived near Ft. Bragg and Ft. Sill, as well as overseas when my dad was stationed in Germany.
