Funny you should mention that, DarrkeThoughts. I have mentioned it a few
times in the past couple years -- voting Republican. The one bad thing about electing a Democrat to office in 2008 or 2012 is the horrible amount of crap that is going to hit the fan in the next decade, all fallout from the Bush administration's corporate-coddling legislation and terrible programs and this damned interminable War. Also notice the lethargy with which the GOP dominated Congress moves with regard to the illegal alien and border problem. Stalling to see if the Democrats take Congress before they make a move so as not to appear on the "wrong" side of the issue. Bastards.

crazy as it sounds, it seems to be coming, heralded by religious fanatics, political ideologues, restrictive civil liberties, and the delineation of the world's populace into the very powerful (through wealth and force) and the very weak (through apathy, birth, and lack of resources). Check out your Dark Ages history.
