I deal with these two companies on a daily basis in regard to auto claims.
The "good hands people"...it amazes me how much marketing they're doing on television that proclaims that they have their insured's best interest in mind. Nope. They're out to save money by low balling customers and repair facilitilites and refusing to pay going rates. As for the other company. Bah humbug. They're all crooks in my book.
