Every waking moment can be a prayer, choosing to decide which is distraction, or unimportant, and thinking some moments are more precious or god filled than others is choosing to ignore the most heady stuff of life with all its terrible beauty and pain, then relying on hearsay and believing it to be wisdom. We communicate with the divine through everything we do. In a restaurant do you choose to watch the others eating and then read about the food, or will you taste yourself?
Every moment is a prayer!
A million blessings.

Focusing is one of the things most people want the least to do with, especially when they have a problem. But, often times it is the concentration that opens the door.
