Sounds interesting.
I haven't been able to bring myself to eat anything with portabella, it just seems like soooo much mushroom, lol.

A friend of mine owns a little sandwich shop here in our town

and has come up with a few neat combos.

The "Weird Beard," named after one of our local health nuts, is a grilled portabella sandwich with melted provalone, peppers, onions, and marinara sauce on an Italian roll.

Naturally, I order one with extra roast beef...
