Rumoured,

Sad, but true.

Frankly,
It sure is.  I think we should look more seriously into ethanol and corn as possible fuel sources.  We depend too much on oil.

MandaLee, I just read an article sent me by a friend that said that if everyone would buy only $10.00 worth of gas at a time at the pumps, instead of filling up, and not buy anything else at all at that place, that the price of gasoline would drop dramatically before long.   Do you suppose there is anything to that?

this is very distrubing...
....no one is saying anything about alternate fuel sources, but simply whining about the cost of fuel..presonally, I hope it goes to ten bucks a litre, which would FINALLY force industry and more importantly, consumers, (who drive industry) over to more ecological energy sources...jeeze...get the gas monkey off your backs people! We've had since the early 70's to know this crisis was coming...but then like Nader said, and I paraphrase, no one will get interested in alternate (solar) energy becuase the oil companies don't own the sun...the whole thing is absolutely moronic.....phone your local government people and start complaing....not about the cost of fuel, but about why there is no infrastructure or plans for alternate energy...
