I also want to add that I intend no disrespect; as a matter of fact, the place I use for my "church" is the great outdoors, which I deeply respect.

Church?

The term 'church' is defined as a group of believers in Jesus Christ.  Christ's disciples are the church and he is the head of the church. 

You are 100% free to start any religious organization you like but it is disrepectful and not genuine to claim the name given to another.

I would never claim that I am part of a coven, mosque or temple.  I respect their places of worship. 

I hope you begin to respect ours.

Actually...

In a way you are in charge of your church's well-being.  You must not litter, must try to conserve all the natural resources, help to keep your church clean, etc.

We are all a part of the church staff in that regard.
