Thanks Una01
I think we will need it. He is eight weeks old so he is just a puppy so I don't really know what to do when he chews on things. He is just learning still and is too cute to punish.

8-ball---It is a UK 30-min show.
I just thought the trainer can teach your dog to be a good boy and not to bite anything and everything.

This is a small town and I haven't seen any other Rottweiler's around so I hope there is no ban on them. Last summer our province had a lot of Pitbull attacks and they passed a law banning all dangerous dogs. I didn't read into it much further than that so I hope these dogs are allowed. (Someone actually mentioned it to me when I was out walking him. I don't think she was impressed with him.)

LMAO at your comment!!!
If you name your Rottweiller "EXPENSIVE" then he will be the very first puppy of that breed to be actually called after an accurate name!!!! All the other Rottweiler owners will be soooo envious! LOL!

Thanks Bel
I like your cat named Sam, that's so funny. I love cats and now dogs this puppy has changed my heart but cats are still my first love.

I like General
I usually let my pets show me WHO they are before I name them.  I have a cat named Sam (Smart Ass Male) and one named Bandit...he likes to steal and run!  Had one named Stir Fry years ago as well.  Let him show you who he is.

I guess General. I always thought Sergeant was a good name for a dog.

That name seems popular with the Blogit family.

Medusa
it better not or I will redraw a name against the rules. I declare a unfair draw of a name or something you know like the politicians do when it doesn't go their way.

Hmmm...  I think General.

Hello 8-Ball.....I like "General." It has an air of authority...
But I have a weird inkling that" Gold " might come out on top...ha ha...Good luck.

Passion LOL
No he stays downstairs so he does not know about our beds. Expensive is a good one I think I will add that to the list tonight when we write down the names. Thanks Passion you have a great thinker.

Then you sure as hell don't have money for a new couch!!!!

LOL!!! Has he already eaten your beds???????

I would call him, 'EXPENSIVE'.

Yes you did tell me and the fourteen other people who are now sleeping on the floor because of their dogs did too LOL. No he is really good if we tell him no he stops for that time being. Yes it will get worse especially when we start leaving him by himself but that's ok. I wish I could show you a picture but I don't have money for that extra but I can describe him if you want.

I like the name Jake!
My puppy is named Nina. But now I am sorry I didn't name her Kimba, cuz that's who she looks like!

posted by David1Spirit on May 31, 2006 at 10:43 AM | link to this | reply

It would help if we could see a pic of the puppy.
btw, I believe I warned you that this type of dog will eat everything you own, including your couch and bed.
