I heard grapefruit does a part of this in weight loss.  I was unaware of the other benefits.  In Cental Florida I remember the bitter oranges.  My aunt had a tree.  I am not sure if they are found there still.  I am sure this can be found in a health food store.

Thanks for commenting on my post.  Have you heard that eating 4 walnuts before a meal will reduce the appetite.  I tried it and it works!

But I don't know what a bitter orange plant is. How is the fruit different from a regular orange? Where can you find bitter orange???
