Tewkesbury town
Hi, if you got as far as Cirencester and Cheltenham, then what happened to my lovely town of Tewkesbury. This is the home town of the battle of Roses you know, and we have a lovely abbey, as well as the river. It really was a shame to miss this beautiful town. But I hoped you enjoyed the rest of Gloucestershire, we are very friendly folk. Jill Divine www.divinelady.co.uk

Who Said...
...anything about right?
And talking of wrong, it's Boom Bang-a-Bang, OK? They were Swedish, not bleedin' Australian!!
Thanks for the pic, though - I think I recognise her...

That still doesn't make it right.
Waterloo? Mama Mia? BANG-A-BOOMERANG?? Good God, man, the mind bristles at the very thought! They were as exciting as rice cakes and about as satisfying, but that's not very fair to rice cakes.

Crazy Swedes.

Mark...
...what - no picture of a couple of tasty Swedish birds in tight-fitting 1970s trouser suits?? You let me down!!
By the way, here's something you may not know. At the height of their career, the four members of Abba between them earned more per year than Volvo, Sweden's national car manufacturer!
They did OK.
Thanks for reading, Super Trooper!

...yes, I keep thinking that I'll be looking back on these times with fondness as he's uttering those immortal words - Dad, can I borrow the car?
Thanks for reading, sir!

...Lordi rocked, but they were of a time - and i think that time has already passed! They shook up Eurovision, and now - a fast fade into the music history books?
Thanks for reading.

Sounds like a great trip. I know the Gloucestershire area well. Used to
work down there selling books for a publishing company called Alan Sutton. Cirencester in Old Photographs, for instance. I loved Lordi.
