That sounds pretty bad, but
Passionflower's scenario sounds much worse. I hope you get it all resolved soon. And I hope you never need to make a claim again, at least until you switch to an insurance company you think will do a better job. Good luck. :)

Sorry to hear of your plumbing mishaps!
I work for the government...so you don't want me there! we'll charge $6000 for that new tub, then install it backwards and make you fill out forms for 3 days straight before telling you that you don't qualify for assistance.
See???? Things could always be worse.
