Ya know Kingmi, I feel for ya but it actually makes me feel a bit
better knowing that I'm not the only one. I hope you understand I don't mean that in a bad way. I truly understand the horrible feeling of being out-of-control that bad financial status can bring but knowing there are others out there like me makes me feel like I'm not so ALONE!
I hope things improve for you as well as me.

Hi, koriani,
Sorry to hear that finances are so tight right now. I hope it gets better soon. I'm sure we all know how that feels. I wish I were better at budgeting, but I'm still learning as I go. Good luck to you. I hope you make lots of sales. :)

Eek Bel:
I wish my bank would call me about these things! I always find out two days later when the notice comes in the mail. By that time, I've bounced 5 checks plus fees...it becomes this horrible, nighmare-ish, ordeal that keeps feeding on itself. Sometimes it feels as if there's no way to stop it. You are lucky the bank was nice enough to call.
(Can you tell by my vivid description that this has happened to me before! LOL)

I've been considering an allowance. Now seems like a good time to put it into practice. Jerry says he can skate by with $10/week...we'll see...
I could probably get by with $10/week for food & drink also as I only work three days. Those are the only times I go to town. Now that dance class is over, I won't have to drive so much either! :) We only have the recital left next Saturday.

Oh it must be in the air today
It seems when I set up for direct payment for my electric somebody pushed a wrong button and took my 203.00 bill out twice! My account is now $15.00 overdrawn. Luckily I live in a very small town with a very small town bank. They called me first thing this morning to ask about this. The electric company says the money will be back in my account by the end of the day. I hope it will work out as well and easily for you.

Isn't this typical after a vacation?
If you spend alot of money on vacation, when you come home you have to cut back for a while...
tell him to suck it up!
ps. my husband does the same thing... I got him a personal account for his "self imposed allowance" so he can stop overdrawing our joint account and looking at me like I did something!
