I am fairly new to the industry
But the ones that have had parties to get thier kit seem to honestly work harder for them. One of the ladies I signed up this way did over 1000 in retail in her first month. She needed the money and worked her butt off for it!!!

So does that work well for you?
Do you have good downline retention? Do they actually work the business?
That is an interesting idea. I don't do home parties or anything with Gano Excel but I'm thinking of ways to do that. I feel getting in to people's homes would really help not only with Gano Excel but with my soap as well...

I am also in Direct Marketing
Very often I offer to let the person hold a party and give them part of my commission toward their kit. For many they WANT to join but the reality is they want to join because they NEED the money and more often than not do not HAVE the money. This could be a wonderful thing for you!
