Mikes_Goddess, I am so glad that I no longer have to worry about cooking for allergies except for watching for MSG.    I had years of that with one of my sons until he graduated from high school and became responsible for his own food preparation when he left home.   It was quite a challenge to feed him.  I could not have made this meatloaf because of the crackers, the milk, the ketchup and the teriyaki sauce.   It took me awhile but I learned to feed him.
