That is the strangest thing that I have ever heard. I get the increase part of the deal, but usually it would be in the form of a bonus, instead of an increase to a decrease sort of deal. Anyway, good luck!

Suggestion for your boss
Jemms, that pay cut sucks big time. Do you think your boss would be open to a suggestion for the next time? I'm assuming the pay increase was to motivate people during the busy prom season? What if she were to take all the money that would go toward increases, and give it out as bonuses at the end of prom season to those people that did the best job? That way, the twits that are leaving wouldn't get bonuses for work they aren't doing. And the people that are busting their pitouties like you, would get more !
