as a professional sales person...
the best are often former business people in another life (style) your're right. And the fence. there is some obscure laws, that if it has stood uncontested for a certain period of time, the property on your side of the fence becomes yours. I forget the name of the law. It's why it's so important for people to correct proerpty line disputes as soon as they happen. When I lived on a ranch, it was nasty business.

Interesting post.
